What Jesus said of himself

Jesus said unto him, I am the way the truth and the life. no man commeth to the Father but by me.   John 14:6

Jesus said unto him... he that hath seen me hath seen the Father.   John 14:9

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.   Matthew 7:24,25

Summary

God the Father, creator of the universe, declared that Jesus to be His Son and told us to listen to what Jesus said. Jesus said that accepting Him as Lord is the only way to heaven. He also said that He and the Father are one. Whoever hears His words and does them is wise and will enjoy a secure, fruitful, fulfilled life here on earth and with Him throughout eternity.
