Introduction

		Jesus said that He came to earth so that every person could be released from oppression and failure into an abundant life. Jesus said that He came to earth so
	that every person could be released from oppression and failure into an abundant life. The apostle Paul likened this to the metamorphosis of a catapillar into a butterfly. Jesus called this being born again. This is not a physical re-birth, it is the real you, your spirit that is born again. This new birth is the only way to be sure of an abundant life on earth, followed by eterntiy with Jesus and God the Father in heaven. Below is Jesus own teaching on the new birth and how to receive it.

What Jesus Said

Marvel not that I said unto thee, ye must be born again.
John 3:7

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Who hath deliverd us from the power of darkness, and hath translated (Greek metatarsis, cf metamorphosis) us into the kingdom of his dear Son. Col 1:13

Summary

Jesus said the most important thing you should do was be Born Again. That He is the only way to the Father. That God so loved everyone in this world that He gave Jesus to die for us at Calvary and that we receive His gift of New Life by believing on Jesus and confessing Him as Lord.
